What if I forget my password?

If you sign up with phone number

  1. Go to login page.
  2. Enter your phone number and tap Forgot password on the lower right corner.
  3. You will receive a verification code soon through text message.
  4. Enter the code you received and reset your password.

Note: The verification code will be sent to the phone number that you used for registration.

If you sign up with a JusTalk ID or if your tablet can’t receive SMS:

We’re sorry that you need to delete the account and then you can re-create a new one with the same number.  If you agree us to delete your account , please send an email to support@justalk.com, including the following information to help us verify your account:

  1. The phone number plus the country code or the JusTalk ID which was used to sign up for JusTalk.
  2. The specific device model (e.g. a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 or iPhone 6S) and its OS version (e.g. Android 6.0 or iOS 11) where your JusTalk account was logged in.
  3. The approximate date when registered for JusTalk.
