If you sign up with phone number
- Go to login page.
- Enter your phone number and tap Forgot password on the lower right corner.
- You will receive a verification code soon through text message.
- Enter the code you received and reset your password.
Note: The verification code will be sent to the phone number that you used for registration.
If you sign up with a JusTalk ID or if your tablet can’t receive SMS:
We’re sorry that you need to delete the account and then you can re-create a new one with the same number. If you agree us to delete your account , please send an email to support@justalk.com, including the following information to help us verify your account:
- The phone number plus the country code or the JusTalk ID which was used to sign up for JusTalk.
- The specific device model (e.g. a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 or iPhone 6S) and its OS version (e.g. Android 6.0 or iOS 11) where your JusTalk account was logged in.
- The approximate date when registered for JusTalk.
