Reset My Password

Forgetting your password can be stressful, but we’re here to help! Follow the steps below based on your account status.

 

If Your Phone Number or Account is Not Linked
Please contact us at support@justalk.com with the following details, and we’ll assist you in resetting your password:
  1. Your JusTalk ID.
  2. The device model (e.g., Samsung Galaxy S25 or iPhone 16) and its OS version (e.g., Android 15.0 or iOS 18) where your JusTalk Kids account is logged in.
  3. The approximate date when you registered for the app.

 

If You Have a JusTalk Premium or Family Premium Membership and a Linked Phone Number
You can reset your password directly through the app by following these steps:
  1. Click on Log In.

  2. Enter your JusTalk ID.

  3. Click on Log in with phone number.
  4. Enter your phone number.
  5. Click on Forgot Password.

  6. Click on Send Code.

  7. Enter the code you receive.

  8. Set and confirm your new password.
