We're sorry that you need to delete the account and then you can re-create a new one with the same number. If you agree us to delete your account, please send an email to email@example.com, including the following information to help us verify your account:
The phone number plus the country code which was used to sign up for JusTalk.
The specific device model that you used when registered for JusTalk.
The approximate date when registered for JusTalk.
