We work out traffic consumption range according to minimum bit rate and maximum bit rate:

1. Bi-directional Traffic for voice every minute conveys 0.15M - 0.45M data.

2. Bi-directional Traffic for video every minute (VGA) conveys 0.45M - 10M data.
