Situation 1: When you try to call your friend, does JusTalk show you about "Busy" on your call interface? It might be because the person has blocked you, you can't get through to him/her.

 

Situation 2: After you open JusTalk, does it show up "Not connected" prompt on your Calls and Messages screens?

 

Situation 3: When you try to call your friend, what does it show on your call interface "calling", "ringing", "connecting" or "temporarily unavailable"?
