Our Speech-to-Text feature helps you send voice messages with an accompanying text version, making your communication clearer and more accessible for everyone.
1. Enable the feature
In the chat, tap the microphone button in the input bar to open voice recording. Tap the More button in the bottom-right corner. Select Enable Speech-to-Text.
2. Record your message
Tap or press and hold the record button. Wait for the prompt sound, then speak clearly at a steady pace.
3. Send Voice with Text
Tap the send button (or release if holding to record).
Your voice will be transcribed, and both the audio and text will be sent together.
With Speech-to-Text, your recipients can listen to your voice or read the message instantly — perfect for noisy places, quiet environments, or when they need quick reference.
*For best results, record in a quiet setting and speak clearly.
